In This Unit, The Unloading Pump Should Keep Its Speed And Consume About 30% Electronic Power Compared To Loading Condition Even Though There Is No Flow Rate Usage Because Of Pump’s Quick Response Time Guarantee. Especially, The Unloading Pump Energy Loss Became Huge In The System That Has A Long Unloading Time. To Solve This Inefficient Energy Consumption, We Provided Motor Speed Control System That Can Change The Hydraulic Pump Rotational Speed Depending On System Pressure Variation And Flow Rate Requirement. We Also Solved The Pump Response Delay Time By Applying Pressure Pattern Predict Control System. This Paper Is About The Development And Application Case Of Unloading Pump Energy Saving System That Can Save Energy Costs Remarkably.
